About The Project
The property currently consists of a single dwelling showcasing outstanding, original features and traditional tile work throughout.
The property would include a communal entrance with a courtyard that is shared, and there is also a possibility for the ground floor unit to be transformed into a desirable “garden” apartment, which could increase its overall value.
Converting the property into three separate units would only involve renovations, eliminating the need for any licenses or permissions.
