Budget circa. 500,000 € plus to create 3 apartments

Rental  income TBD.

About The Project

The property currently consists of a single dwelling showcasing outstanding, original features and traditional tile work throughout.

The property would include a communal entrance with a courtyard that is shared, and there is also a possibility for the ground floor unit to be transformed into a desirable “garden” apartment, which could increase its overall value.

Converting the property into three separate units would only involve renovations, eliminating the need for any licenses or permissions.

Location

Historical Charm

Alfama is the oldest district in Lisbon, known for its narrow streets, colorful buildings, and historic landmarks like the Lisbon Cathedral.

Breathtaking Views

The district’s hilly terrain offers stunning panoramic views of the city and the Tagus River. Visitors can enjoy picturesque vistas from various miradouros (viewpoints).

Authentic Atmosphere

Alfama is renowned for its traditional Fado music, vibrant local markets, and authentic Portuguese cuisine. Exploring its winding streets can feel like stepping back in time.
