Aparthotel Development Project - Mar De Almograve
Exciting Beachfront Project in Almograve Village
Unique Location
The property in Almograve Village has a total area of about 180,000sqm, but the construction only covers around 5,000sqm. The rest of the land is part of the Costa Vicentina Natural Park, making it a special and limited opportunity for development.
Special Permissions
This beachfront project is a rare opportunity because it is one of the few places where construction is allowed within the Costa Vicentina. The 5,000sqm of land is located within the urban area of Almograve Village, allowing for the development of this unique project.
Facilities and Access
The property extends all the way to the beach, and a road and parking lot have been built within the land for easy access. The municipality has been granted use of this land for the beach facilities, including a restaurant and support buildings, which will be managed by the Aparthotel.
Construction Details
The project includes a total construction area of 11,171.33sqm above ground, exlcuding balconies, with an additional 2,209.3sqm of basement space for 51 parking spaces. There will be a total of 93 apartments, including 28 studios, 54 one bedroom apartments, and 11 two bedroom apartments. The project has been designed to allow the conversion of the apartments into hotel rooms,, totalling around 160 rooms.
Sale Information
The land is being sold for 4 million €, but the sale is contingent upon the approval of a Preliminary Information Request (PIP) by the municipality of Odemira.

A Proposal is already negotiated with the Costa Vicentina Natural Park to be protocoled between the parties.
The Construction Area does not account for the areas related to the balconies and also
excludes areas relating to parking and basement, storage and
technical areas, which are referred to in the columns and areas listed in the table.

Exploring Almograve: A Hidden Gem on the Coast
Discovering Almograve
Located in the South West Alentejo and Vicentine Coast Nature Park is the coastal village of Almograve. It is an area of hidden beaches among cliffs. The local restaurants and bars are known for their fish, seafood, and great snacks.
Beach Fun
The beach is located about 500 meters from the town of Almograve. It has a shallow but extensive stretch of sand and is also a favorite destination for many families. Low tide provides authentic natural pools to satisfy swimmers of all ages. On the other hand, high tide usually presents some surf. It has good conditions for practicing Bodyboarding and Surfing.
